Dr Parisa Arianejad
Dermatologist

Dr Parisa (Fatemeh) Arianejad (FACD, MD) holds fellowships in dermatology from the Australasian College of Dermatologists .She received her Medical Doctorate from Tehran University of Medical Science.
Dr Arianejad is the principal dermatologist at Aurora Dermatology and runs a specialised hair clinic at Westmead Public Hospital.
Dr Arianejad holds an academic appointment as a Clinical Lecturer at the University of Sydney, where she is actively involved in teaching and mentoring medical students. She is also a member of the International Medical Graduates (IMG) Committee and contributes to medical education and professional development through her roles as a mentor and clinical supervisor.
Dr Parisa worked for several years at Sinclair Dermatology in Melbourne, training with world-leading professionals in hair disease. Her expertise includes treating complex hair disorders such as scarring and non-scarring alopecia.
She has a special interest in the treatment of frontal fibrosing alopecia, alopecia areata, and androgenetic alopecia, as well as Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) transplant. She was also a co-investigator in multiple clinical trials for biologics in the treatment of psoriasis and eczema.
Her professional journey includes roles at St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney, The Melanoma Institute of Australia, Gosford Dermatology and the Gunnedah Rural Health Centre. Dr Arianejad also specialises in laser treatments, burn scars, acne scarring and trauma scars and offers bulk-billed phototherapy and biologic treatments for eczema and psoriasis.
With experience in rural Australia and areas with high Asian density populations, Dr Parisa’s global training provides exceptional insight into treating culturally specific skin conditions, including skin cancers, acne, melasma, freckles, hyperpigmentations, aged skin and rejuvenation.
Dr Parisa is fluent in both Farsi and English languages.

Dr Nasim Niknezhad
Dermatology Fellow
Dr Nasim Niknezhad is a dermatologist from Iran. She is currently completing the requirements for specialist recognition in Australia through the specialist pathway of the Australasian College of Dermatologists at Aurora Dermatology and Westmead Hospital .
She completed her dermatology residency at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in Tehran in 2018, ranking among the highest in her cohort, and obtained her Medical Degree from Hamedan University of Medical Sciences in 2010. She worked independently as a dermatologist in both hospital and private practice settings in Iran, and has presented at national and international conferences with multiple publications in the field of dermatology.
Since relocating to Australia in 2024, Dr Niknezhad has gained further experience within the Australian healthcare system, including working as a Dermatology Fellow in Sydney and holding an academic affiliation with UNSW. She has completed a Clinical Research Fellowship at Premier Specialists and has held positions at St George, including as an Honorary Medical Officer in Dermatology at St George Hospital, Sydney.
Her clinical interests include general dermatology, inflammatory skin conditions, acne and rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, autoimmune skin diseases, skin cancer assessment and management, procedural dermatology, laser treatment and cosmetic dermatology. She has experience caring for patients across different age groups and managing both common and complex dermatological conditions.

Dr Aida Varghaei
Dermatology Fellow
Dr Aida Varghaei recently relocated to Australia with her family and has joined Aurora Dermatology, where she is currently working under the Short-Term Training Pathway.
Dr Varghaei is a dermatologist with more than eight years of experience as a Consultant Dermatologist in Iran. She completed her specialist training in Dermatology at Tehran University of Medical Sciences and has also worked as an Assistant Professor of Dermatology in Iran. She is currently working towards obtaining specialist recognition as a dermatologist in Australia.
Her areas of practice include medical dermatology, with particular interests in psoriasis, dermatitis, acne and pigmentary disorders. She has significant experience and a special interest in dermatological surgery, skin cancer surgery and cosmetic dermatology and lasers.
She has also contributed to clinical research, with several published research papers.
Dr Varghaei is fluent in English, Persian, Turkish and Kurdish.
Noor Al Saigh

Noor is a registered nurse with experience in aesthetic medicine.
Bringing a clinical approach and an eye for detail to every consultation, Noor combines thorough understanding of anatomy with a commitment to patient safety and individualised care.
Noor is fluent in both English and Farsi (Persian)

Registered Nurse
Ayreen is a Registered Nurse with over eight years of clinical experience, specialising in surgery and wound care, along with one year of experience in dermatology and cosmetic treatments, including PRP, botox, and laser treatments. She is dedicated to delivering high-quality nursing care, ensuring that every patient receives compassionate, professional, and patient-centred support.
Known for her bubbly and approachable personality, Ayreen builds strong, positive relationships with both patients and colleagues while maintaining high standards of professionalism and clinical practice.
Fluent in both English and Tagalog (Filipino), Ayreen communicates effectively with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds, helping them feel comfortable and supported throughout their care.

Mehrsa Kapsalis

Mehrsa Kapsalis is the head administration at Aurora Dermatology.
She has a Bachelor of Psychological Science and a bachelor’s degree in Science, majoring in Human Physiology and genetic disorders. Mehrsa is committed to patient satisfaction by ensuring regulatory compliance and adhering to practice standards. She is fluent in English and Farsi and passionate about building rapport with patients young and old. Mehrsa can assist with appointment bookings, scheduling procedures, billings, feedback and complaints, compliance, accreditation and standards.
